1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RezAdapt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RezAdapt is a resume management and creation platform designed to make job applications faster and cleaner. Users can maintain one main resume as a single source of truth, update it anytime, and then create separate resume instances for specific roles by providing a job description. RezAdapt helps transform and organize that content into tailored resume versions while keeping editing and management in one place.

3. User Accounts

To use RezAdapt, you must sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your RezAdapt account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any resume data and job descriptions you upload or input into RezAdapt. However, by providing this content, you grant RezAdapt a license to use, host, and process it as necessary to deliver our services (including processing via AI models).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse RezAdapt, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass daily generation limits or subscription tiers.
• Using automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to access our platform.
• Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise our systems.
• Using our AI generation features for purposes other than personal resume tailoring.

6. Subscriptions and Limits

RezAdapt offers multiple plans with varying daily usage limits. We reserve the right to modify these limits or adjust plan features at any time.

7. Beta Status and Disclaimers

RezAdapt is provided as-is, and parts of the service may be in beta. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated resumes before using them in job applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezAdapt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RezAdapt at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service itself.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where RezAdapt operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction.
